SWINDON put in a stunning performance to give their play-off chances a major boost as they stormed to a 52-37 victory at Leicester.
The in-form Robins were in inspired form as they raced to a tremendous away win to add four big points to their Elite League tally.
It was a vital win for Rossiter's side as they look to cement their top four place - and Rossiter was thrilled with a memorable triumph.
He said: "It was a big win for us, and it's was a great performance from the boys.
"We are feeling confident at the moment and seem to be coming into some form at the right time which is good.
"Our top five in particularly are all riding superbly at the moment which is really encouraging, and we are building up some momentum now.
"We are keeping our feet firmly on the ground, but it was good to get another important win and hopefully we can build on that now."
It was a spectacular all-around team performance from the Robins as they emerged with a comfortable triumph against an injury-hit Leicester side.
The Lions were already without Krzysztof Buczkowski and Simon Stead before crashes for Mads Korneliussen and Josh Bates saw them both withdraw.
Nonetheless, it was a superb showing from Swindon to ensure they came out on top.
Danish ace Peter Kildemand top scored with a magnificent showing on his first visit to Beaumont Park, dropping his only point in heat 15 as he narrowly missed out on a maximum.
No.2 Nick Morris did manage to end the meeting with a well-deserved paid maximum, going unbeaten in his four rides with an outstanding performance.
Skipper Troy Batchelor and Aussie compatriot Dakota North also impressed with crucial returns, whilst Simon Gustafsson ended a tough night with a classy win in heat 10.
In the absence of star reserve Steve Worrall, youngster Nathan Greaves stepped up with a strong showing whilst guesting Matt Williamson added paid three.
It was a huge win for Swindon, and they will be looking for more of the same as they host Coventry on Monday aiming to add three more points to their Elite League tally.
