GREAVES MISSES OUT AT KENT

SWINDON reserve Nathan Greaves fell agonisingly short of a rostrum finish in the British Under 19 Championship at Kent.

The popular teenager put in a strong showing at Central Park, storming to two classy race victories on his way to 11 points.

However, he ended just outside the top three as Oliver Greenwood claimed the title ahead of Josh Bates and Jack Kingston.

It was nonetheless an encouraging performance from Greaves as he prepares to help Swindon in their bid for Elite League glory in the upcoming play-offs.
