ALUN Rossiter will instruct his side to go for the win in Friday's dramatic decider for the last play-off spot at Lakeside.
The Swindon boss was left disappointed by a 52-40 setback at table-topping Belle Vue on Wednesday which means they still need a point from the trip to Essex.
But a defiant Rossiter said: "We go to Lakeside for the win, we have to try and go on the front foot.
"We can do it, we know we can, we have the riders and it's a chance for us to achieve something special.
"I'm disappointed with the result at Belle Vue, but the boys know it. Their reserve duo scored 15 and ours scored five so we need to correct that at Lakeside.
"But I'm backing my boys to do the business. We'll be up for the challenge, we know Lakeside are tough but I genuinely feel we can go there and do something.
"They've lost Andreas Jonsson through injury and that's a big setback for them, he's pretty much unstoppable around there and hopefully we can take some advantage from that. Let's see, but we are up for it!"
Swindon face a British Speedway Select at the Abbey on Thursday and a full preview will be issued Thursday morning.
ELITE LEAGUE BELLE VUE 52: Max Fricke 9+1, Matej Zagar 9, Craig Cook 8+2, Joe Jacobs 8, Richie Worrall 7+2, Scott Nicholls 6+2, Steve Worrall 5+1.
