Join the Robins Nest Supporters Club and support the Robins on the road as the team head to Poole for the first fixture in the Bank Holiday Monday Premiership double header against the Pirates. The coach will leave the Abbey Stadium at 8.15am sharp, arriving at Poole in plenty of time to join the queue and get into the stadium. The coach will depart Wimborne Road back to the Abbey 30 minutes after heat 15 has finished.
Co-promoter Lee Kilby was delighted to see the new-look Robins Nest Supporters Club arranging the transport down to Poole, “I am really pleased Helen and the supporters club have organised this. We haven’t run a coach to an away meeting for a number of years now, but it is definitely something we want to see more of as we move forward. As long as this initiative is supported, I know Helen and the Supporters Club will be happy to put the effort in to arrange more trips in the future.
“Nothing beats that feeling of togetherness and belonging when you travel to an away meeting with your team, and trust me, when you see that pocket of fans wearing red, white and orange on turn three it really does act like an extra twist of the throttle for the boys on track. Lets give the team a reason to punch the air and showboat in-front of the travelling Robins army!”
With no home meeting between now and the 27th, seats on the coach can be booked and paid for at the Southbrook Inn - Southbrook St, Swindon SN2 1HF from tomorrow, Saturday 11th.
Places are limited and the seats will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
